Refrigerators: Size and Star Rating Matter More Than Discount

It's a 3-star model, so running costs are moderate. But it needs floor space.
For most flats, the Haier 325 L at ₹39,990 makes more sense.
Two people don't need 600 liters, and a larger fridge costs more in electricity every month, whether full or not.
The Samsung 653 L at ₹81,990 is a good choice if you prioritize service over the last rupee of value.
It's just ₹2,200 more than the larger Haier.
Watch out for the Godrej 415 L: it's a 1-star model. The star rating indicates running cost.
Check the annual energy consumption on the label; a 1-star fridge of that size can use over 100 more units per year than a 3-star, eating away the discount over time.
