Oura has unveiled the Oura Ring 5, featuring a slimmer build and new health-focused software capabilities. The device emphasizes preventive care, AI-driven insights, and long-term biometric monitoring.
Smaller and Lighter Design
The Oura Ring 5 is approximately 40 percent smaller than its predecessor. This reduction comes from a redesign of internal components, sensors, and battery architecture.
