Vivo has launched the S2 in India, marking the return of its S-series after a seven-year hiatus. The last model, the Vivo S1, debuted in 2019.
The new phone sports a design similar to the Vivo X300 FE, featuring a slim profile and a curved display.

The Vivo S2 boasts a 6.83-inch 1.5K curved AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 3,000 nits of peak brightness.
It also supports HDR and includes an optical in-display fingerprint scanner.
Under the hood, the MediaTek Dimensity 7360-Turbo chipset powers the device, built on a 4nm process.
It comes with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, plus 8GB of virtual RAM.

A 3,800mm² vapor chamber cooling system helps manage heat. Vivo promises three Android OS upgrades and five years of security updates.
Camera and Battery
The rear camera setup includes a 50-megapixel Sony IMX852 main sensor, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and an Aura Light ring LED flash.
The front camera has 32 megapixels, and both support 4K video recording.

The phone packs a massive 7,050mAh battery with 44W fast charging and bypass charging.
It also features dual stereo speakers, IP68 and IP69 ratings, and MIL-STD-810H durability.

The Vivo S2 is priced at Rs 39,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant and Rs 44,999 for the 8GB + 256GB model.
It comes in Sapphire Blue, Regal Bronze, and Silk White.
