The United Cajun Navy has released its full investigative report into the death of Nolan Wells.
TMZ obtained the document, which includes a new photo of the three boats his friends anchored off Mississippi's Horn Island on the day he disappeared.

The photo, found on page 12 of the report, shows the three boats anchored side-by-side. They are labeled "Boat #3," the Palm Beach, and the Triton.
The image was taken on the Fourth of July.
Key Findings in the Report
The Triton is the boat that took on water before leaving the island without Nolan. According to the report, the Triton left the island at 4:31 PM.
Nolan's best friend, Warren Hudson, previously claimed that he and other friends begged Nolan to board their vessel around 4:30 PM, but he refused.

The report also includes a photo of the cluster of anchored boats.
A woman on the island named Katelynn Brochard took the picture and reported that Nolan was "nowhere in sight" when her group left at 7:30 PM.
The last independently corroborated sighting of Nolan occurred between 3:23 PM and 4:27 PM.

The report notes there are many unanswered questions about his whereabouts during that time.
Nolan was reported missing and later found dead on July 6, washing up near where he was last seen alive.
An independent autopsy commissioned by his family listed his cause and manner of death as "undetermined."
The first autopsy, conducted by Mississippi officials, is complete, but the results have not been released.

Brian Trascher, United Cajun Navy VP, told TMZ that the report has been sent to Nolan's family, prosecutors, and law enforcement, all of whom confirmed receipt.
