A judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by Howard Stern's former executive assistant, ruling that the nondisclosure agreement at the center of the dispute remains valid.
The decision, obtained by TMZ, rejected Leslie Kuhn's claim that Stern's company hacked her work email to electronically sign the May 2025 agreement on her behalf.

The court pointed to an email sent from Kuhn's account stating, "Signed NDA attached," along with the document bearing her electronic signature.
The judge described her hacking theory as a "bald assertion."
Kuhn also argued she received nothing in exchange for signing.

However, the judge noted she kept her job for another nine months, earned over $192,000, and received an $80,000 bonus.
Kuhn had sued Stern, his wife Beth, and their companies for at least $2.5 million, seeking to void confidentiality agreements from 2022 and 2025.

She alleged mistreatment while working at the Sterns' Southampton, New York mansion.
Stern called the case a "shakedown" and a "transparent sham."
He had already agreed not to enforce the 2022 agreement, but the judge upheld the 2025 NDA and dismissed the entire lawsuit.

The judge did not sanction Kuhn but warned her against making further frivolous arguments.
