Chris Brown's former housekeeper is targeting the singer's tour earnings to collect a nearly $13 million judgment from a dog attack case.
Maria Avila, who was attacked by a dog at Brown's home, has filed court documents seeking access to his financial records, TMZ reports.

She claims Brown has made no effort to pay the judgment and wants the court to order him to appear for a financial examination.

Avila points out that Brown is currently on tour with Usher for The R&B Tour, which she says is generating substantial income.

She is asking that all payments from the tour, as well as from other entertainment projects and residuals, be directed to her to satisfy the debt.

Last month, a jury ordered Brown to pay the massive judgment after a trial.
