Andrew Tate is complaining about the water quality in his Miami jail cell, claiming it's making him sick.
The influencer went on a social media rant over the weekend, saying the only water available comes from a "brown and filthy" shower faucet.
Tate says he is not allowed bottled water and is being "forced to drink poisoned water," which he claims is causing "persistent stomach problems."
He and his brother Tristan were arrested earlier this month in Miami on a UK extradition warrant for charges including rape, sex trafficking and child pornography.
Tate says his rights are being violated, but commenters are mocking his complaints, with one suggesting he leave a bad review on Tripadvisor.
He also claims he is being held in the Special Housing Unit with no commissary, phone calls or yard time.
Attorney Joseph McBride told TMZ there is a hearing Monday where he will "exhaust all appropriate measures" to ensure the brothers are well cared for.
McBride said several issues will be raised with the judge, adding, "We are gravely concerned about Andrew and Tristan's physical, spiritual and psychological health in solitary confinement."
President Donald Trump will not intervene in the case, as White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt made clear last week.
