Kimora Lee Simmons has filed a response in her divorce from Tim Leissner, requesting that he receive primary legal and physical custody of their 11-year-old son, Wolfe.

In documents obtained by TMZ, Simmons checked the box for Leissner to have primary custody, despite Leissner originally asking for joint custody in his divorce petition.

Simmons agrees that irreconcilable differences led to the split, but she differs on custody arrangements.

She is also asking the court to terminate any ability to award support to Leissner, while requesting spousal support for herself and legal fees from him.

The couple was married for 12 years, though they have been separated since 2020. The divorce is described as housekeeping at this point.

This is Simmons' second divorce. She was previously married to Russell Simmons, with whom she shares two daughters, Ming and Aoki.

Leissner, a former Goldman Sachs banker, was previously married to Judy Chan. He admitted to faking divorce documents to marry Simmons while still legally wed to Chan.
