JBL has launched a new home speaker in China called the JBL Vienna, which features an 18.5-inch display that shows song lyrics in a floating effect.

The screen is covered with ultra-white, high-transparency tempered glass.

As music plays, lyrics appear with moving light and shadow effects, creating the illusion of floating in the air.

Users can choose from nine background themes or upload their own photos to personalize the display.

Audio and Features

The Vienna delivers 100W peak power through a 2.1-channel stereo system.

It includes two 3.23-inch full-range drivers, four 8.5-inch racetrack-shaped bass drivers, and two 5-inch passive radiators.

JBL says the setup provides deep bass, clear vocals, and bright treble, suitable for jazz and classical tracks.

Beyond music, the speaker offers eleven built-in meditation scenes with ambient sounds like rain and ocean waves. A photo album mode turns uploaded pictures into a looping slideshow.

Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.4, USB-C, and AUX. It also supports wireless screen mirroring from iOS and Android devices.

The Vienna can function as a clock with dual-timezone standby and a customizable photo clock face.

JBL has not yet announced pricing or availability for markets outside China.
