Motorola has introduced two new affordable smartphones in India: the Moto G37 and Moto G37 Power. Both devices emphasize long battery life, reliable 5G connectivity, and durable construction.

The Moto G37 Power is equipped with a 7000mAh battery. According to Motorola, this can provide up to three days of usage on a single charge.

It supports 33W TurboPower fast charging and includes Battery Care technology. This feature is designed to maintain battery health for up to 1200 charging cycles.

Both phones are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 chipset, built on a 6nm process. The chip ensures efficient performance and stable 5G connectivity.

The standard Moto G37 has a smaller 5200mAh battery with 20W charging support. Otherwise, the core specifications are similar.

The devices feature a 6.7-inch HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Motorola includes Display Colour Boost technology and peak brightness of up to 1050 nits.

Smart Water Touch support allows the screen to function even with wet fingers. This is a practical addition for users in rainy or humid conditions.

The Moto G37 Power comes with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage.

RAM Boost technology enables smoother multitasking by using part of the storage as virtual RAM.

For photography, the Moto G37 Power has a 50-megapixel Quad Pixel rear camera. AI-powered editing tools like Magic Eraser and Photo Unblur are included.

An 8-megapixel front camera handles selfies and video calls.

The phone also features stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, Hi-Res Audio support, dual microphones, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Motorola has focused heavily on durability for the G37 series.

The phones come with Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection, MIL-STD-810H certification, and an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance.

Both models run Android 16 with Hello UI. Motorola has confirmed an update to Android 17 and three years of security updates.

The Moto G37 Power is available in Pantone Capri, Pantone Nautical Blue, and Pantone Impenetrable colors. The 4GB + 128GB variant is priced at Rs 15,999 (approximately $165).

The 8GB + 128GB model costs Rs 18,999 (around $200). The Moto G37 comes in a single 4GB + 64GB configuration priced at Rs 13,999 (about $145).

Sales begin on May 25 through Flipkart, Motorola. in, and retail stores across India.

The launch targets users seeking value-focused smartphones with modern features and long-term software support.

Durability and software support

The Moto G37 series is built to withstand tough conditions with MIL-STD-810H certification and IP64 dust and splash resistance.
