Savchenko filed documents with screenshots he says show Samodanova traveled to Moscow with their youngest daughter, Zlata. One screenshot appears to show her phone location pinging in Moscow.

Another captures a WhatsApp conversation where she allegedly says she arrived in Russia for a family funeral.

In his declaration, Savchenko says he never consented to the trip and didn't know it was happening.

He tells the court he would have objected to Zlata traveling to what he calls a war-torn country.

He adds that Samodanova has repeatedly made major decisions involving their daughters without his input.

Savchenko is asking a judge for an emergency child custody order. He claims Samodanova has kept their daughters, Olivia (15) and Zlata, in Hong Kong since 2023.

He has also filed a Hague Convention petition seeking Zlata's return, while Samodanova argues Hong Kong has jurisdiction over the custody dispute.

Savchenko wants temporary sole legal and sole physical custody of Olivia, with no visitation from Samodanova, pending further court involvement after a scheduled hearing.

Samodanova tells TMZ that Hong Kong is Olivia's legal home. She accuses Savchenko of wrongfully keeping her in California by canceling her return flight.

She says his emergency filing is a rushed attempt to bypass proper laws and asks the court to halt temporary orders and grant a continuance.
