Jennifer Lopez is back to square one in her efforts to sell the sprawling Beverly Hills mansion she once shared with Ben Affleck.
A potential buyer who had put down a substantial deposit has walked away from the deal, sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ.

The buyer backed out on Tuesday for undisclosed reasons, despite having already dropped a significant deposit.

The property, listed at $50 million, was originally purchased by Lopez and Affleck in May 2023 for nearly $61 million.
Mansion's Rocky Sales History
The 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom estate first hit the market in July 2024 at $68 million. Since then, the price has been gradually reduced.

After Lopez and Affleck finalized their divorce in February 2025, Affleck gifted his entire share of the property to Lopez, meaning any sale proceeds would go entirely to her.

The listing is held by Rayni and Branden Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates. Despite the setback, Lopez remains determined to sell the property.
