PK Kemsley, estranged husband of 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Dorit Kemsley, claims she is on an extended European vacation with no return date, refusing to cooperate on their divorce while their mansion faces foreclosure.
In new legal documents obtained by TMZ, PK asks a judge to grant him sole control over the sale of their six-bedroom, ten-bathroom Los Angeles-area estate, reportedly worth around $8 million.

PK says he moved out after the split but continued contributing to bills. He alleges Dorit failed to make mortgage payments despite earning substantial income from the show.
According to PK, Dorit spent over $1 million on travel and luxury clothing.
He claims the home is again close to a foreclosure auction and that he has tried for months to resolve the issue, but Dorit has a pattern of non-cooperation and broken promises.

PK says he recently put up $300,000 of his own funds to pay mortgage arrears and prevent foreclosure, after Dorit agreed to reimburse him from any sale proceeds.
He warns the lender could auction the home within weeks unless Dorit agrees to list it immediately.

PK claims that while he dealt with the crisis, Dorit left for Europe, leaving their two children with her parents.
He says the kids do not know where she is or when she will return.
He argues this shows Dorit prioritizes personal travel over addressing the urgent financial crisis facing their family home.
