Samsung is preparing to roll out One UI 9.0, its next major software update built on Android 17.
The beta program is already available for select Galaxy devices, giving users an early preview of the new features.

The stable release is expected to begin in September 2026 for older models, starting with recent flagships like the Galaxy S26 series, Galaxy Z Fold 7, and Galaxy Z Flip 7.

Samsung has not officially confirmed the full list of devices eligible for One UI 9.0. The following list is based on the company's current update policy.
Galaxy S Series: Galaxy S26, S26+, S26 Ultra; Galaxy S25, S25+, S25 Ultra, S25 Edge, S25 FE; Galaxy S24, S24+, S24 Ultra, S24 FE; Galaxy S23, S23+, S23 Ultra, S23 FE.

If your device is not listed, it will not receive the One UI 9.0 update. Consider upgrading to a newer model before the rollout begins.
