Teddy Swims and Raiche Wright have ended their relationship, just over a year after the birth of their son.
The singer confirmed the breakup upon releasing his new song "Break Up in Reverse" on Friday.

The two-time Grammy nominee told PEOPLE the track "really hits home for me right now and where I am in my life."
The music video shows Swims singing in a lonely, empty space, with a bulldozer destroying a house in reverse behind him.

Swims and Wright began dating in 2024 and welcomed their son in June 2025.

Signs of trouble emerged months ago.
In April, Swims told reporters at a Q&A, "I'm going through a bit of a situation with my baby mother."

Despite the split, Swims reportedly wants to remain an active part of his son's life.
