Christopher Peden, the Indiana man accused of cutting off his penis and setting it on fire, has been released on bail.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Peden was charged with felony arson but posted a $10,000 bond.

His release comes with strict conditions, including a ban on leaving Indiana without permission.
Police say Peden told them he used a kitchen knife to sever his penis around 2 AM, then poured gasoline on the appendage and lit it on fire.

Authorities responded to a stabbing call at a garage belonging to the property owners.

Evidence collected at the scene included a red plastic gasoline container, four BIC lighters, and a knife.
The severed penis was not listed among the evidence in the officer's affidavit.

Peden now awaits his criminal trial while back on the streets.
