Crispin Glover's former girlfriend is pushing back against the actor's claims that she assaulted him, alleging he attacked her when she attempted to rescue her cats from his Los Angeles residence.
In a declaration filed Tuesday as part of her ongoing lawsuit, the woman states that Glover locked her out of the bedroom he had allowed her to use after she and her cats relocated from the United Kingdom to Los Angeles to be with him.

According to the declaration obtained by TMZ, Glover told her she could collect her belongings after their relationship ended in early 2024.
However, she claims the "Back to the Future" star physically attacked her when she lawfully entered her room to retrieve her cats, then falsely reported her to police as an intruder.
The woman says she spent several nights in jail as a result.

She adds that Glover filed a restraining order against her, but it was dismissed after he failed to appear in court.
She alleges Glover continued to monitor her social media "religiously and repeatedly" after the alleged assault, and even sent her messages and emails, including birthday wishes and expressions of regret about how things ended.
The woman says she sued Glover because she believes he tried to turn her into his personal "sex slave," and she feels severely traumatized and extremely unsafe.

She also claims he waged a smear campaign that damaged her reputation and mental health.
Glover responded to her lawsuit last month, denying the sex slave allegations and asserting that she is trying to extort money from him with lies.
He stated that she agreed to move to Los Angeles as his girlfriend, and they had a consensual romantic relationship until she began acting erratically and claiming they were married in an Islamic ceremony.

Glover also alleged that she threatened him and physically attacked him.
