Tipster Digital Chat Station has shared new details about the Max variant on Weibo, hinting at its launch timeframe and key specifications.

Expected specifications and launch
According to the tipster, a new Redmi performance-focused smartphone is slated to debut around January 2026.
While not explicitly named, the details point to the Redmi Turbo 6 Max.

The device is expected to feature a 7-inch 2K flat display, a Dimensity 9-series chipset, and a 10,000mAh-class battery.
This would make it one of the largest battery-equipped performance phones in its segment.
The tipster previously claimed the device would be powered by a 3nm chip.

It is also expected to include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, a metal middle frame, and IP68/IP69-rated dust and water resistance.
