Taylor Frankie Paul is opening up about her mental health journey.
The reality star admitted on Instagram Sunday that she voluntarily checked into a rehabilitation facility to help her “reset” and “get away.”

In a post on her Instagram story, Taylor explained she realized she “needed extra help” and sought treatment.
She also mentioned that the help led her to a “good antidepressant.”

Photos from the same day show Taylor unloading groceries at her Utah home, wearing a sky blue cropped tank top and white sweats.
She appeared calm and functional.
Her disclosure comes amid a heated custody battle with ex-husband Tate Paul.

He recently filed a motion including text messages where Taylor allegedly refuses to disclose her mental health crisis and admits she would stop assaulting ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen when he records their interactions.
Taylor’s season of The Bachelorette is set to air on ABC this summer, after being shelved following a video of her throwing metal barstools at Dakota during a fight.
