A Vivo device with model number V2612A has passed China's 3C certification, revealing support for 90W fast charging.

This follows its earlier approval by TENAA, which disclosed key specifications.

Chinese tech bloggers have identified the device as the Vivo X300e.

With MIIT, TENAA, and 3C certifications now secured, the phone could debut in China as early as this month or in August.

Expected Specifications

The Vivo X300e is rumored to feature a 6.59-inch OLED flat display and a 50-megapixel front camera.

On the back, a triple camera setup is expected, including a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto lens, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera.

The camera system may benefit from Zeiss optics and tuning. The rear module is said to have a square shape positioned in the upper-left corner.

Under the hood, the phone could pack a 7,100mAh battery while maintaining a slim profile under 8mm and a weight of around 203 grams.

It is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, similar to the X300 FE.

The Vivo X300e has also appeared in the IMEI database, suggesting a global launch may follow.
