Consumables include 4-inch dual-panel photo paper at 69.2 yuan ($10) and 6-inch 4-color professional photo paper also at 69.2 yuan.
Key Upgrades Over the Previous Model
The Photo Printer 2 replaces the Mijia Photo Printer 1S from 2020.
The most significant change is the shift from 3-color to 4-color dye sublimation, adding a black (K) layer for sharper text and deeper blacks.

It supports 4-inch double-sided photo paper (0.99 yuan per piece), square adhesive photo strips (2.48 yuan per piece), and 6-inch sheets in both 3-color (1.61 yuan) and 4-color (2.48 yuan) options.
The 1S only supported square adhesive paper and 6-inch sheets without 4-color printing.
Connectivity has been updated from 2.4G Wi-Fi to Bluetooth 5.2, allowing direct phone connection without a Wi-Fi network.
