The Vivo X300 series is already extensive with five models, but a new variant may be on the way.
The X300e recently appeared in the IMEI database, and now tipster Digital Chat Station has shared a comprehensive list of expected specifications.

Display and Performance
The Vivo X300e is rumored to feature a 6.59-inch 1.5K OLED display with a flat panel design.
Under the hood, it would pack Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, the same processor found in the Vivo X300 FE.
Camera System
For selfies, a 50MP front-facing camera is expected.

The rear camera setup reportedly includes a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50MP IMX8 periscope camera for zoom.
As typical for the X series, Zeiss imaging tuning is said to be included to enhance color accuracy and optical quality.

Battery and Design
The device is tipped to house a large 7015mAh or 7100mAh battery with 90W fast charging support.
Despite the capacity, the phone is expected to measure just 7.99mm thick and weigh around 203 grams.
Design leaks suggest a square camera island on the left and metal frames. An ultrasonic fingerprint sensor is also a possibility, though not confirmed.
