AI Snap Key and Mind Pilot
A key hardware addition is the AI Snap Key, a customizable button on the side of the phone.
A single press captures screenshots, notes, or references and saves them into the AI Mind Space.
A long press records voice notes, while a double tap opens the memory hub where saved content is automatically organized.
The feature can also recognize meeting invites or event details on screen and add them directly to the calendar.

The AI Mind Pilot interface combines three popular AI models: Gemini, Perplexity, and ChatGPT. Users can compare responses from different models or receive context-aware suggestions based on previously saved information.

Oppo has also introduced AI Bill Manager, which organizes receipts, SMS alerts, screenshots, and voice inputs into financial records.
It supports multiple currencies.
For travelers, AI Menu Translation helps translate restaurant menus and identify dishes, ingredients, and allergens.
AI Voice Translation and AI Live Translator assist with multilingual conversations and live events.

Hardware and Software
The Reno 16 is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset paired with ColorOS 16.
The updated software includes Live Space with Capsule Mode, Immersive Mode, and List Mode for quicker notification access.
Oppo promises long-term smoothness improvements to keep the software responsive over time.
