iQOO has quietly introduced the iQOO Pad 5c in China, adding a new premium Android tablet to its lineup.

The device sits alongside the existing Pad 5 series and targets entertainment, gaming, and productivity users.

Specifications and Features

The iQOO Pad 5c is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, paired with LPDDR5X RAM.

Storage options include UFS 3.1 for the 128GB variant and faster UFS 4.1 for the 256GB models.

It features a 12.1-inch LCD display with 2.8K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate.

The tablet measures 6.62mm thick and weighs 584g, making it relatively slim and light for its size.

A 10,000mAh battery supports 44W wired charging. The device includes a 5MP front camera for video calls and an 8MP rear camera.

Audio is handled by a quad-speaker setup, while connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port.

The Pad 5c runs OriginOS 6 for tablets and supports face unlock, AI-powered productivity tools, PC-grade WPS, AI PPT Assistant, multi-screen collaboration, wireless printing, document scanning, and gaming features like game super resolution and a live streaming assistant.

It also incorporates an advanced cooling system with a large graphite heat dissipation area.

The iQOO Pad 5c is essentially a rebranded version of the iQOO Pad 5e, which debuted as the vivo Pad 5e last year.

Price and Availability

The iQOO Pad 5c is available in three configurations: 8GB+128GB for 2,699 Yuan (~$400), 8GB+256GB for 2,999 Yuan (~$440), and 12GB+256GB for 3,499 Yuan (~$515).

Color options include Silver Wing and Grey Crystal.

The tablet is scheduled to go on sale in China this month. There is no confirmation regarding global availability at this time.
