Deon Derrico, known for TLC's "Doubling Down With the Derricos," is taking legal action against a business partner over a real estate deal.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Derrico claims Tyrone Sprewell is trying to sell a home they co-own before settling ownership disputes.

Derrico says he holds a 25% stake in the property and insists Sprewell needs his approval to sell it.
He argues that selling the house now could cause irreparable harm before the ownership issues are resolved.

Derrico is asking a judge to halt any sale of the home for the time being.
Ongoing Legal Troubles
This lawsuit comes amid another serious legal matter involving Derrico's ex-wife, Karen Derrico.

Karen was arrested for allegedly threatening to kill Deon and their children. She is currently out on bond.
Her attorney claims that emailed death threats allegedly from her to Deon were actually fabricated by Deon to frame her after a messy split.

Audio of a heated phone call between Karen and some of her children has also emerged, in which she admits to threatening to kill one of her kids.
