The full 911 call from Taylor Parker, the Texas woman convicted in the 'Maternal Instincts' murder case, has been released, showing her sticking to a desperate lie that she gave birth while driving.
In the audio obtained by TMZ from Bowie County court, Parker tells officers and the dispatcher she delivered a baby in her car and is trying to get medical help.

At the time, law enforcement had no idea they were stepping into one of the most disturbing murder cases in recent memory.
The Truth Unravels
Investigators later determined Parker had been faking a pregnancy for months. She concocted an elaborate scheme to convince friends, family, and her boyfriend she was expecting.

Medical personnel quickly realized Parker had not recently given birth, leading to the unraveling of her story.
Prosecutors said Parker murdered her 21-year-old friend Reagan Simmons-Hancock, who was more than eight months pregnant.

She removed the unborn baby and fled with the child, who later died.
Interest in the 2020 case surged again after Netflix released 'Maternal Instinct,' which features parts of Parker's 911 call.
