Keke Palmer is setting the record straight about her relationship with "Hot Ones" host Sean Evans, clarifying they are not romantically involved.
During an appearance on the "Shut Up Evan" podcast, Palmer addressed the ongoing speculation, saying fans are right to ship them but they don't know each other outside of work.
"What are we supposed to do, go get married? We don't even know each other outside of work," she said.
The actress laughed off a suggestion that they could go on another date, responding, "So you can laugh about it?"
Palmer and Evans sparked romance rumors after her appearance on "Hot Ones" last fall, where they shared a kiss and showed undeniable chemistry.
She later hosted him on her podcast "Baby, This Is Keke Palmer," where they flirted, and in June they were spotted on a cozy date at an Italian restaurant in Brooklyn.
Despite the public interest, Palmer maintains they only have a work relationship at this point.
