Christopher Griffith, the man accusing NFL star Stefon Diggs of sexual assault, claims he has handed over extensive text evidence to back up his allegations.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Griffith says he produced over 100 pages of communications between himself and Diggs, including iMessage and Instagram messages.

This comes after Diggs argued that Griffith had failed to turn over Instagram messages. Griffith responded that Diggs already has those messages himself.

Diggs had claimed Griffith blocked him on Instagram, making it impossible to view their old conversations. He asked a judge to order Griffith to provide the messages.

Background of the Legal Battle

Diggs originally sued Griffith for defamation, alleging Griffith was spreading false claims about him. Griffith countersued, accusing Diggs of drugging and sexually assaulting him at Diggs' home.

Diggs has denied the assault allegations. The case continues as both sides present evidence.
