Kim Kardashian is seeking to renew her restraining order against a man she claims sent her Plan B and a diamond ring, arguing that he remains a threat.

Her lawyers filed a motion to extend the order against Nicholas Costanza, which is set to expire Wednesday.

They say Costanza's behavior has not improved since the order was first issued in July 2021.

According to court documents, Costanza has sent Kim numerous messages in violation of the order, including about 80 tweets calling himself her "soulmate" and claiming they are meant to start a family.

Kim also details an incident from September 2024, when Costanza allegedly unlawfully entered a house he claimed he bought with her and urged her to meet him there with family members.

Costanza reportedly wrote on social media, "I am not going to f*** your Mother or Sisters unless you give me permission too Kimberly Babe."

Two days later, he was arrested on charges including stalking, possession of methamphetamine, and burglary.

The original restraining order was granted after Costanza sent Kim a package containing Plan B and a diamond ring, and showed up at her home multiple times in 2021.

Kim is asking for the order to be renewed for five years and wants her family members added to the protection.
