Kylie Jenner is giving her Holmby Hills mansion another chance on the market, this time with a significantly lower price tag.
The seven-bedroom, 14-bathroom estate is now listed at $38 million, down $10 million from its original $48 million asking price in December.
Jenner purchased the property for $36.5 million in 2020. The price cut suggests a reality check after the home was pulled from the market in March.
The 15,320-square-foot mansion features a basketball court, gym, and a geometric zero-edge pool.
Ginger Glass of Compass holds the listing.
Jenner is also trying to sell her Hidden Hills mansion, which was listed for $20 million in March.
