Over most of his career, Stephen Curry has been significantly underrated. from his time in Davidson through the era of his consecutive MVP awards. Despite their anxiety, hardly one treated Steph with enough deference. Through pure force of will, he altered that perspective last year.
That speaks much about your character as a player to win an NBA title when your team wasn’t even a top seed. Steph actually did that. He led his Golden State Warriors squad, which was in recovery, to victory.
Even though his teammates gave excellent performances, it may be claimed that they wouldn’t have succeeded without Curry’s tenacity and drive. And nothing made this more clear than in game 6 when he sobbed uncontrollably.
I Did T Know It Would Flow out In Ugly Tears: Stephen Curry Talked About how He Let the Emotions Flow After 4th Championship
The tides of life fluctuate. Simply ask Steph. The year before they won a title, his club didn’t even advance to the playoffs. Coming back after being ignored was extremely difficult and miraculous.
A fourth championship is only awarded to the greatest athletes.
Curry spoke on the feelings in Dubs Talk, the three years building up to it, just the emotional rollercoaster we had been on. It was a release of the pressure we put on ourselves, the work that went into it, and the patience that went into it.
Curry discussed how difficult it was for GSW to be playing catch-up after Kevin Durant left and Klay Thompson got hurt. In the 3 years between their failure in the 2019 NBA Finals to their eventual victory last year, a lot transpired.

Aspirations from The 2022-23 Season and How Steph Curry Is Still Deciding Games
It appears that we do not apply our lessons. Many people have been writing off Steph and the Warriors throughout this entire season. And he continues to disprove our assumptions.
He single-handedly willed the Warriors to victory just a few nights ago. not even the top-seeded Bucks. He took part in significant plays at critical moments. This includes the last-second block over Jrue and the game-tying 3-pointer.
There must be something he can’t do. We are uncertain. Yet, you can be sure that Curry will continue to decide games as the playoffs draw near. If you want to learn more about SC30’s opinions on things, listen to the podcast.
