Google may release the stable Android 17 update for Pixel devices today or at any point this week, according to the latest beta timeline.
The company adopted a dual-release schedule last year with Android 16, delivering a major update in Q2 followed by a minor release later in the year.

Android 17 follows the same strategy, with its major release expected in June. Google skipped Developer Preview builds and moved directly to public beta.
Android 17 beta timeline
The first Android 17 beta arrived on February 13, followed by a second beta later that month. Platform stability was reached with Beta 3 on March 27.

Beta 4 landed on April 17, and a minor Beta 4.1 update was released on June 1.

This is likely the final beta before the stable build.
Google typically releases new Android versions on Tuesdays. If not today (June 9), the update should roll out within the week.

Newer devices like the Pixel 9 and Pixel 10 will receive major AI upgrades, while older eligible Pixels will also get improvements and new features.
