The phone features a 6.83-inch 2K flat display with a 144Hz refresh rate, built with Visionox's F2 luminescent material.

The screen can reach 1000 nits in manual mode across the full panel, matching iQOO's earlier teasers.
Under the hood, the Neo 11 Ultra is powered by a Dimensity 9500M chip paired with an 11-core GPU.
It also includes iQOO's Q2 gaming chip and a Synaptics S3910V touch controller for improved gaming response.

The device has a metal frame with IP68 and IP69 ratings, measures 8.6mm thick, and weighs 225 grams.
A massive 9100mAh battery supports 100W wired charging, a feature iQOO confirmed earlier this month.
For cameras, the Neo 11 Ultra sports a 16MP front shooter and a dual rear setup with a 50MP main sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide lens, arranged horizontally.

Color options
iQOO will offer the Neo 11 Ultra in Wind Chaser, Shadow Black, and Light White colorways.
The company calls it the only 2K-screen flagship with a 9100mAh battery.
