iQOO has confirmed that its upcoming Neo 11 Ultra will be the first smartphone to use the new MediaTek Dimensity 9500M processor.
The chipset was developed in collaboration with MediaTek and is scheduled to launch in China on August 18.

The device is already available for pre-order in China, alongside the iQOO Z11S.
Custom Dimensity 9500M chip
The Dimensity 9500M is built on a 3nm process and features an all-big-core CPU design.
iQOO says the processor has been specially tuned for the Neo 11 Ultra, incorporating its next-generation Monster Super Core Engine.

Unlike a software feature, the Monster Super Core Engine is integrated at the chip level, which iQOO claims will deliver stronger performance and better energy efficiency.
The new processor is expected to be a key highlight, but iQOO is also upgrading other aspects.

The Neo 11 Ultra will feature a new 2K display designed for eye comfort, emitting less than 5% harmful blue light.
It also supports Circular Polarized Light 2.0 technology, making the display look more natural and reducing strain.
Design details include a metal frame with a matte finish and a thickness of 9.13mm.

The rear panel will feature a 3D flowing light effect.
