Vivo has introduced a new addition to its S50 series, the S50t Vitality Edition, surprising users with a device from the previous generation.

The phone sports a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 2000Hz instantaneous touch sampling rate.

Under the hood, it packs the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage.

Camera and battery

For photography, the S50t Vitality Edition features a 50MP front camera with autofocus.

The rear setup includes a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with OIS, supporting up to 100x digital zoom.

A 6,500mAh battery powers the device, supporting 90W wired charging, but no wireless charging.

It runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 and includes an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and face unlock.

Pricing and availability

The Vivo S50t Vitality Edition comes in Space Black, Inspiration Purple, Confession White, and Serene Blue.

The 12GB+256GB model is priced at 3,299 Yuan (~$490), while the 12GB+512GB variant costs 3,599 Yuan (~$535).

Compared to the standard S50t, the Vitality Edition uses LPDDR5 RAM instead of LPDDR5X, while retaining other core specs.
