A former Florida police officer has avoided jail time after being accused of using law enforcement cameras to track a woman he met on the set of a Vince Vaughn TV show.
Lamar Eliseo Roman, who was charged with three felonies related to unlawful use of computers, entered into a pre-trial intervention agreement with prosecutors.

Under the deal, Roman must stay out of trouble for two years, pay $1,700 in fines, perform 100 hours of community service, and continue therapy.
He will also report monthly to a probation officer, pay $50 per month, and avoid excessive use of intoxicants.

Roman, who was fired from the Monroe Police Department, is also prohibited from contacting the woman he was accused of tracking.
Once he completes the terms, prosecutors will drop the charges.

Roman was accused of using sheriff's office databases to obtain information about an actress he met while working security on the set of the Apple TV show "Bad Monkey."
He allegedly added her car information to the database, which alerted him when she drove by certain checkpoints.

According to reports, he once pulled her over and said, "I told you I'd find you and pull you over," adding, "I was hoping your boyfriend was in the car so I can pull him out and give him a hard time."
