Content creator Sydney Towle has died at the age of 26 after a battle with cholangiocarcinoma, a rare form of bile duct cancer.
Her family announced her passing on Thursday morning, sharing a photo of her smiling on a hike with the sun behind her.

They wrote, "We will always love you so much Sydney. I am so proud of how hard you fought.
I love you."
The news came just two days after her brother, Austin Towle, revealed in a TikTok video that she had been moved to hospice care, surrounded by friends and family.
About two weeks ago, Sydney had updated fans on the next step of her clinical trial, which involved tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy.
She explained that she had been quiet on social media due to constant pain but remained positive after spending the last month in the hospital.

Sydney was diagnosed with cancer in 2023 after noticing a bump on her abdomen.
She decided to share her journey online, inspiring many and amassing over 1.2 million followers across TikTok and Instagram.
In June, the Dartmouth graduate walked for Post Swim's The Chemo Club collaboration at Miami Swim Week and also collaborated with Aerie.
