A jet ski influencer narrowly escaped death after he lost consciousness and crashed into a dock at full throttle.
The incident was captured on video and shared on social media.

Dillan Stapler, part of the Lanier Crew, a group of jet skiers based in Georgia, posted the footage of himself slamming into the dock.
The video shows him hitting the front of the structure at high speed and being thrown off the vehicle onto the wooden planks.

A friend quickly pulled Stapler from the water, where he appeared lifeless, kept afloat by his life vest and his companion's support.

Stapler later explained on TikTok that he had climbed onto the front of his jet ski to operate it from the vehicle's "hood."
Video from behind shows him going limp, and he is fortunate not to have fallen off and been dragged under the watercraft.

He said the incident proves that even professionals need to be careful, reminding viewers that jet skis may look like toys but can travel at dangerous speeds.
