A terrifying crash involving a truck and a tractor-trailer was caught on dashcam video in Iowa.
The incident occurred Monday at the intersection of W Avenue and Highway 3 in Fayette County.
Footage shows a tractor-trailer approaching the intersection while another semi waits to turn.
Suddenly, a Dodge Ram truck enters the frame from a side road, speeding toward a stop sign and blowing through it.
The truck cuts off the tractor-trailer, smashing into its cab and getting T-boned in the collision.
According to the Fayette County Sheriff's Office, the crash also involved a Chevy Impala that was stopped at a stop sign off-camera.
All three vehicles were declared a total loss.
The driver of the truck, a passenger, and the tractor-trailer driver were taken to Community Memorial Hospital in Sumner.
The extent of their injuries is unclear, and authorities did not provide an update on the sedan driver's condition.
The crash investigation remains ongoing.
