Music producer Tay Keith left behind a massive estate when he died, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
The producer, whose real name was Brytavious Lakeith Chambers, died on June 18, 2026, at the age of 29.

His mother, Jalisa Chambers, has been appointed administrator of the estate.
Assets Include Cars, Real Estate, and Music Rights
The estate includes substantial assets such as bank accounts, money market accounts, a Mercedes-Maybach, and a Lamborghini.
Other assets include a 50% interest in a home in Memphis, interest in Shadow Tequila, a 50% interest in an engineering studio, music publishing interests, his music catalog, and his trademark and royalties.

Jalisa plans to work with Tay's record label and publishing companies to secure payments.
Court documents note that Tay was not married and had no children at the time of his death.
He also did not leave a will.

Circumstances of His Death
Tay Keith was found dead inside his Nashville apartment after his girlfriend called 911 for a welfare check.
She told police he had called her asking her to come over but then stopped responding. She also mentioned he had high blood pressure and breathing issues.
His cause of death has not yet been released.

Tay Keith worked with major artists including Travis Scott and Sexyy Red.
