The person who filed a divorce petition claiming to be Lena The Plug has taken another step in the case, serving Adam22 with legal documents.

Court documents obtained by TMZ show a process server delivered papers to Adam22 on July 15 at his $3 million Studio City mansion.

Adam22 confirmed he was served and wants police or FBI intervention, but has not heard back from any agency.

The saga began June 3 when a divorce petition was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court under Lena's name, seeking primary custody of their 5-year-old child and support, claiming Adam22 gives her only $3,000 per month.

Lena publicly stated she did not file the petition and believes a mystery man is being catfished by someone pretending to be her, telling him she is in danger and needs help escaping Adam22.

She called the claims nonsense and said she was hiring a lawyer to get the case dismissed, but no official court moves have been made yet.

Lena is still trying to track down the man behind the fraudulent filing, noting that police have not been quick to investigate.
