James Morgan, the husband of former "NYPD Blue" star Kim Delaney, was arrested for public intoxication following a flight incident at Los Angeles International Airport.
Law enforcement sources confirmed that Morgan was taken into custody on Monday after the couple's Delta flight from Detroit landed in Los Angeles.
According to reports, Morgan and Delaney were involved in an argument during the flight. He also allegedly had a separate confrontation with a flight attendant.
The cause of the disputes remains unclear.
Delta Air Lines issued a statement emphasizing its zero-tolerance policy for unruly behavior. The airline noted that the safety of customers and crew is its top priority.
A Delta spokesperson said there was no operational impact to the flight, and law enforcement responded after the plane arrived at the gate.
This is not the first legal issue for Morgan. He was arrested in February following a disturbance at the couple's Los Angeles-area apartment.
