Taylor Frankie Paul is speaking out after explosive court filings in her ongoing custody battle became public.
The 'Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' star posted a lengthy Instagram video Saturday, addressing both true and false claims circulating about her case.

She said she hasn't felt the need to read the documents because she 'lived' the events and knows 'the truth.'
Anything she believes is 'way off or misconstrued' will be handled by her attorneys in court, she added.
Taylor explained why she previously asked to have the juvenile case sealed. It wasn't to protect herself, she said, but to protect her children.
The request was denied from the start, and she maintained the details would eventually come to light anyway.
She noted significant progress in the case, despite calling the court process slow.

Saturday marked the first day she regained her son for what she described as her longest stretch of parenting time so far.
Taylor also questioned the timing of additional information being leaked. It came the same day she got her son back for five days, she pointed out.
Addressing specific issues in the filings, Taylor said she has never forced her daughter, Indy, to change her younger brother Ever's diapers.
Indy simply enjoys helping, she explained.

She also discussed claims about an emotional outburst during a supervised visit.
She stepped outside to take a breather because she believed it was the best way to de-escalate her emotions.
Taylor took issue with comments attributed to a therapist in the filing. She said she'd only met with that therapist a few times and didn't feel supported.
She emphasized she's a strong advocate for mental health and currently works with both a licensed therapist and a life coach.
As previously reported, Utah's Department of Children and Family Services has asked a juvenile court to find Taylor's three children are 'abused, neglected or dependent.'

The case remains ongoing.
