Kai Cenat is facing a lawsuit over his Streamer University event.
A man named Caleb Gottfried, also known as SNRVK, claims he nearly suffered heatstroke twice during the event held at a college in Manhattan last month.

According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Gottfried says the conditions at the event were so severe that NYPD officers witnessed the incidents.
He also alleges that his image was used in a commercial for the event without his consent.

Gottfried claims he was used as "background talent" for the commercial but never signed a release or waiver.
He blames the near heatstroke on "negligent crowd control and total failure to provide standard safety and ventilation measures."

He is seeking more than $330,000 in damages.
This lawsuit adds to Kai's legal troubles, as he is also being sued by another man who claims he was beaten up by a member of Kai's security team.

TMZ reports that Kai's camp has not yet responded to requests for comment.
