Will Smith may be pulled into the legal dispute between his former friend Bilaal Salaam and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.
On July 7, Salaam sent an email to Jada's lawyer requesting to depose Will as part of his lawsuit against her.

Jada's legal team responded firmly, stating there is nothing to discuss regarding the proposed deposition, as Will is not a party to the litigation and has not received a subpoena.
The email was attached to a motion filed by Jada seeking to compel Salaam to produce additional evidence, including medical records he has not provided despite claiming emotional distress in the $3 million lawsuit.

He also claimed Jada reacted negatively after learning he was writing a memoir that included details about the Smith family.
Jada has denied all allegations, and the judge dismissed some claims while awarding her over $30,000 in legal fees.
