According to tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the phone will launch in two configurations: 12GB RAM with 256GB storage, and 12GB RAM with 512GB storage.

Previous leaks suggest the X300e will feature a 6.59-inch display and be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset.
The camera system is rumored to include a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultrawide lens, a 50MP periscope telephoto camera, and a 50MP front-facing camera.

Other reported highlights include an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, a metal frame, a 7,015mAh battery, and 90W fast charging, all in a 7.9mm thick body.

The X300e is expected to launch in China between late July and August 2026, with a global release likely to follow.
