Both the X300e and the recently announced X300 FE are tipped to feature the same Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, targeting the premium flagship segment.

Here is how the two compare based on known information.

Design and Display

The Vivo X300e is expected to feature a 6.59-inch OLED flat display with a resolution of 2750 × 1260 pixels.

The refresh rate is not yet confirmed.

The Vivo X300 FE comes with a more compact 6.31-inch AMOLED flat display offering 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, up to 5,000 nits peak brightness, and 4320Hz PWM dimming with DC dimming support.

If you prefer compact smartphones, the X300 FE has the advantage. Those wanting a larger screen for gaming and multimedia may find the X300e more appealing.

Performance

Both smartphones are expected to run on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset paired with LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 storage.

The X300e is tipped to arrive in 8GB, 12GB, and 16GB RAM variants, with storage options from 128GB to 1TB.

The X300 FE also features the same chipset, making both devices capable of handling demanding games and AI features.
