Vivo is keeping the same processor for its upcoming S60 smartphone, according to a new Geekbench listing.
The device, model number V2571A, will feature Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, the same one used in last year's Vivo S50.

The Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 includes one prime core at 3.01GHz, four performance cores at 2.80GHz, and three efficiency cores at 2.02GHz, paired with an Adreno 735 GPU.
The listing also confirms Android 16 and up to 16GB of RAM.
In Geekbench CPU tests, the Vivo S60 scored 1,960 points in single-core and 5,194 points in multi-core.

Launch event and expected specs
Vivo is scheduled to hold a launch event on May 29 in China, where it is expected to unveil both the Vivo S60 and the Vivo S60 Vitality Edition.
Both phones will share a similar design and come in Starry Sea, Early Summer Green, and Midsummer Night color options.
The standard S60 is expected to offer configurations up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage, while the Vitality Edition may start with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, positioning it as the more affordable model.

Leaks suggest the Vivo S60 could feature a 6.59-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.
Other rumored specifications include a 7,200mAh battery with 90W fast charging, an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, and a 50-megapixel triple-camera setup with a Sony IMX-series periscope telephoto sensor.
Additional expected features include stereo speakers, an X-axis linear motor, an IR blaster, and IP68/IP69-rated dust and water resistance.

Vivo has not officially confirmed the full specifications yet, but more details are likely to emerge as the launch date approaches.
