Addison Rae is being pulled into a contentious legal dispute between her father, Monty Lopez, and his estranged wife, Kaitlyn Lopez.
According to new court documents obtained by TMZ, Monty has asked a judge to intervene and stop Kaitlyn from posting about the famous TikToker amid their bitter separation.

Monty alleges that Kaitlyn violated a temporary protective order he secured against her earlier this year.
He claims she has contacted him multiple times despite being ordered not to.

The main issue, Monty says, is that Kaitlyn "continues to post my daughter and my family on multiple occasions."

He asserts she has shared photos of Addison on her Instagram Stories and added Addison's songs to her social media posts.
Monty also claims Kaitlyn posted pictures of them as a couple and asked the public for money. He described her behavior as unstable.
