Fans of the late Oliver Tree gathered Monday evening at Venice Beach to celebrate what would have been his 33rd birthday, just two weeks after his tragic death.
Video from the event shows a massive turnout, with supporters honoring the musician as his music played through speakers heard throughout Venice Skate Park.

Many attendees dressed in Oliver Tree's signature black bowl-cut wig and red-rimmed glasses, paying homage to his iconic look.
The tribute was not limited to Los Angeles.

Organizers encouraged fans outside the area to host their own meet-ups to honor the singer on his birthday.

Oliver Tree and five others died on June 14 when two helicopters collided in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The other victims included Argentine producer Lucas Vignale, YouTuber Gaspi, Lucas Brito Chaves, and pilots Alexandre Souza and Charles Marsillac.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
